Problems with an order
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or materially below our quality standards, contact us within 48 hours of pickup. Include the order number, a short description, and a photo when it helps show the issue.
Available remedies
Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund for the affected item. We want to make genuine order problems right.
Food preferences and allergens
We cannot generally refund an item solely because of personal taste. Ingredient and allergen questions should be raised before ordering. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls when the credit appears, which may take several business days.
