Requesting a cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible using the reply address in your confirmation email. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Before the ordering window closes
Orders cancelled before Wednesday at 10:00 AM Eastern Time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
After the ordering window closes
Because every batch is prepared specifically for the week’s paid orders, cancellation is not guaranteed after the ordering window closes. If production has not started, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel and refund the order.
Changing an order
Item, date, or pickup changes depend on availability and production timing. Please contact us rather than placing a second order unless we ask you to do so.
Changing an order to “Cancelled” in our internal admin system does not itself send money back. Approved refunds are processed separately through the payment provider.
