Orders are normally accepted from Monday at 10:00 AM through Wednesday at 10:00 AM Eastern Time for the dated Friday pickup window selected at checkout.
Porch pickup
Your paid confirmation email includes the selected Friday pickup window and the Kissimmee pickup address. Please arrive during that window or contact us in advance if you expect a delay. Unclaimed orders cannot always be remade.
Weather and unexpected delays
Severe weather, equipment problems, illness, or other circumstances may require a schedule change. We will use the email address or phone number on the order to communicate a material delay and offer an appropriate solution.
