Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the name, email address, phone number, pickup selection, order details, and notes you provide.
When you join the weekly-drop list, we collect the email address you submit and send it securely to Brevo, our email-list provider.
The Flavor Lab stores a randomly generated browser identifier and a privacy-protected, one-way version of the internet connection address so voting limits and abuse controls can be enforced. The raw internet address is not retained in Flavor Lab records. The browser identifier is kept in your browser’s local storage.
How we use it
- To process, prepare, and support your order.
- To send order confirmations and operational messages.
- To send weekly menu announcements when you choose to join the list.
- To prevent voting or checkout abuse.
- To maintain business, tax, fraud-prevention, and food-safety records.
Service providers
PayPal processes payments; Grain & Gather does not receive or store your full card number. Brevo delivers transactional email and stores the weekly-drop subscriber list.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers needed to operate the service, when legally required, or to protect customers and the bakehouse. Order records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, accounting, legal, and support purposes. Inactive Flavor Lab device registrations expire automatically.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from weekly-drop emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. You may also ask to review or correct your order contact information. Legal recordkeeping requirements may prevent immediate deletion of some completed-order information. Use the contact information in your confirmation email or contact the bakehouse through the main website.
